I'm Katherine! I am a UX/UI designer. My background is in studio art with a focus in ceramics. As a ceramist, I studied the human form and how an artist interacts with viewers through clay.

Also, I have been farming for the past six years. I have worked on all kinds of farms from an organic meat and veggie farm to an indoor hydroponic farm. Farming taught me compassion, my education in studio art provided me with knowledge on design and UX joins those two passions.
My team oriented experience combined with my empathy driven designs allows me to dig deep into understanding problem spaces and how to find solutions that help the users needs.

In my free time you can find me out on the ice playing hockey or in the field growing organic veggies in this outfit.
